Terms and Conditions

 I agree to pay EPIC Fitness (GYM), the membership fee of $45 per month for which will automatically collect electronically by means initially set up by me. To the extent permitted by law, I authorize EPIC Fitness to initiate electronic payment using the account identified by me to pay monthly membership fees and necessary charges beginning on my sign-up date and continuing the same day every month, until cancellation of the membership by myself or the GYM. This includes (1) recurring membership dues plus required current applicable sale tax, (2) Annual/Biannual fee if applicable, (3) Registration fee if applicable, (4) any fees associated with transacting using a credit card, (5) monthly fee for reservation of locker 

Founding Members of EPIC Fitness will be grandfathered into the founding rate of $45.00 with additional add-ons of $30.00 per/person. If canceled at any time the benefit of the Founding Membership original fees will be lost. When/if member returns, the member will be required to resign up under the increased/current rates.

While we do not require a committed contract, we ask for a 30-day notice prior to cancellation date. ie: if you cancel within 30 days of your next draft you will be charged one last time.

If member chooses to cancel and acknowledges they will no longer be secure under the Founding Member rates, Member can email info.epicfitness@gmail.com with a written cancelation request stating name, date, and email of all profiles that need to be canceled. Owner will then manually access and cancel said membership and respond to request email with completion date. As a curtesy to our loyal members we offer a three month pause for medical purposes only. 

I understand and agree that a 24/7 gym membership is a special membership based on trust and is a privilege, which can be taken away for a violation of rules. As a Gym member, I agree to abide by all Gym membership rules and 24/7 membership rules, which will be posted at the Gym, on the Gym website, and may be amended from time to time at the sole discretion of the Gym.

II. 1st Violation — Verbal warning

III. 2nd Violation — $25 fine immediately charged to card on file

IV. Additional violations of these rules will result in additional fines or will result in revocation of 24/7 Gym access.
